Need to make a purchase or two to incorporate energy-saving measures into your home? In our Reduce and Rebate program offered in partnership with the Governor’s Energy Office, Eastern Colorado Utility will offset some of the costs in the form of a rebate and more rebates are available for the Governor’s Energy Office (while they last). Here's a rundown of the eligible equipment and insulation measures from Eastern Colorado Utility.

Applying for a rebate is easy.

  • Simply download the appropriate rebate application(s).
  • Have the qualifying equipment and insulation installed.
  • Mail in the completed application form with copies of equipment receipts to:
